CONTACT – The World’s Largest Photography Festival Returned for its 12th Year in Toronto
The 2008 installment of the CONTACT Toronto Photography Festival experienced its most successful year ever. Photographers from Canada and all over the world transformed Toronto into a spontaneous at gallery. From the airport to Queen Street, the city served as a “frame” to the largest photography festival in the world.

Ford Models Supermodel of the World Canada!
We had the amazing job of managing the nationwide search and finale of Ford Models Supermodel of the World Canada. We saw thousands of girls from Vancouver to Halifax with the hope of realizing their dreams of becoming supermodels. It was crazy, fun, exciting and OTT. We loved every minute of it! The winner was Toronto native Shelby Furber who will represent Canada in the Ford Models Supermodel of the World competition in January 2009. She also recently stomped the catwalk for none other than Monsieur Karl Lagerfeld in the Chanel Resort show.
At My Best – Groundbreaking Children Wellness Program
We piloted and then officially launched the groundbreaking, children’s wellness program At My Best, which focuses on the physical, nutritional and emotional health of children from kindergarten to grade three. The program, which was made available to 1000 schools across Canada, has been a resounding success and there is already a waiting list for schools to get the program in the 2009/2010 school year.
On November 22, the lights were switched on in the Bloor-Yorkville neighbourhood with lighting displays ‘lit’ simultaneously to join popular animated storefront windows and charming decorations – a part of Toronto’s citywide Cavalcade of Lights celebration!
Special guests Steven Sabados and Chris Hyndman (from CBC TV’s Steven and Chris Show) were on hand to ‘flick the switch’ and Zero Gravity Circus performed in front of a rapt audience.
